Occupational Therapy Website Design Cut to Fit Your Service Lines and Towns

Occupational therapy website design, as we do it, gives a private practice a page for each service line, pages for the towns it serves, and a contact page that reads well on a phone. The site is laid out so you can ask for a change without hunting for a developer.

It goes up a tread at a time, and the pages feed the Maps listing and a page for each town that the rest of the climb depends on.

The landing

A site that holds still while the marketing climbs

Every ad, Maps listing and search result sends a visitor somewhere, and that somewhere is your website. Our website design work sees it as the landing at the top of each flight of steps: a home page, one page for each service line the practice offers, pages for towns served, a contact page, and a section where the monthly Strategic Content Assets are published.

Pages are kept light: modest images, no heavy add-ons, no animation for its own sake. We quote no loading numbers. On Gold and Platinum we host the site and make the edits you ask for; on Silver, the work happens on the website you already own. Lay the three side by side on the pricing page.

Home visits and telehealth appear as service options where you choose to list them, in words you approve. Any statement about the therapists, or about what a practice may advertise, is the owner's to make or leave out.

The same pages are where Google search ads send their clicks.

Four parts of the practice website we build

  • Service pages

One page for each service line

Pediatric, adult, hand and neuro, home visits and telehealth each get their own page when the practice offers them, so a result or an ad can land on the matching one.

  • Town pages

One page for each town served

Towns named by the owner get a page apiece, written differently from one another so no town page is a copy of the next.

  • Contact page

A contact page with a short form

A visitor can send a name, an email, a phone number and a message, and may pick a call slot. The form asks for nothing about anyone's care.

  • Hosting

    Hosting and edits looked after

On Gold and Platinum we host the website and make the changes you ask for. On Silver we work on the website you already have.

How the site goes up, one tread at a time

  1. Sketch the stair first

We draw the page list on one sheet. You add or cross out before anything is built.

  2. Build the lowest pages

The home page and the first service line pages go up and are shown to you. Changes you ask for are made before the next set begins.

  3. Fit the contact page

The contact page goes in with its short form and call slot picker, and we send a test message through the form before launch.

  4. Climb on in batches

New pages go up in batches. After each one we look back at the calls and forms counted, then pick the next.

What the practice hands over to begin

  • The service lines you want pages for
  • The towns you serve, in the order you care about them
  • Your logo files and any photos of your space you want shown
  • The name, address and phone number as they should be printed
  • Whether home visits and telehealth are listed as options
  • The person who approves each page before it goes live

Wording about therapists, advertising rules or privacy is yours to write or approve. We place it where you point.

Three beliefs about a practice website

Heard in the waiting areaThe website has to be rebuilt before any marketing can start.

What the step plan showsSilver works with the website you already own. A rebuild is a choice that comes with Gold and Platinum, not a gate in front of the work.

Heard in the waiting areaPlenty of animation makes a site stand out.

What the step plan showsWe keep pages light. Extra motion adds weight to each page load, and no result is attached to it anywhere in our plans.

Heard in the waiting areaAfter the build, every edit means calling a developer.

What the step plan showsUnder Gold and Platinum the edits are ours to make on request, as part of the monthly plan.

Plans that come with a website we build

Gold and Platinum include a site we build, host and keep edited. Silver is the plan for a practice that wants to keep the website it has.
  • Silver

    $1,495/month

Pages, Maps and tracking for a practice that already owns its website.

    • 25 landing pages, each tied to a single service line on your list
    • Monthly: four Strategic Content Assets, written for the practice site
    • Your Google Business Profile tidied until it tells the same story as the new pages
    • A routine for asking families for reviews, with reply text held for the owner to approve
    • Calls and form requests counted by page, then summed up once a month
  • Platinum

    $3,495/month

The widest page count, with link outreach and a longer monthly change list.

    • 100 landing pages sorted by service line, age group served and town
    • Twelve Strategic Content Assets, every month
    • A practice website that we build, host and grow with new pages as the plan widensTaken out of the sum
    • Outreach to local sites for links, with the Maps listing edited in step
    • AI assistant wording, call and form totals, and a monthly list of every change made

Ad spend is separate and is billed to your card by the platforms. Silver works with the website you already have; Gold and Platinum add one we build and manage.

Questions about the build

Will the pages read well on a phone?
Pages are laid out for a phone screen first, and the contact form is tried on a small screen before the site goes live.
Can my current web address stay?
Yes. We settle it on the first call and plan the move so existing pages are not lost.
Do I have to write all the page text?
No. We write the first draft of each page and you approve every line before it is published. Anything about therapists is yours to add or strike.
Where is the site hosted?
Under Gold and Platinum we host it. On Silver it stays wherever it lives now.
Does the contact form ask about a person's care?
No. It takes a name, an email, a phone number and a message, plus an optional call slot. Care details stay off the page, out of ads and out of tracking.

Bring a list of your towns

Write to us through the form about the pages the practice is missing, or choose a call slot and our CEO phones you at that time.

Which service lines should get the first pages?

List the service lines you want booked more, the towns your families drive in from, and the doctors' offices and schools that send people your way. Leave out every client name and every detail of anyone's therapy.

Tell us about the practice and its service lines

Say which service lines you want to grow, which towns you cover and which offices send clients your way. A few lines is plenty, and a person reads every note.

Pick the weekday and half hour that suit you. When it starts, the phone number you typed above gets a call from our CEO, Ross Cohen.

Your call slot

Your slot shows up here once you pick a start time.

Open slots are weekday half hours, labeled in whichever time zone you select.

Start on the bottom stair with a call

Book a call and we will plan the first few steps together: which service line gets its page first, which towns follow, and which plan carries the load.
