Occupational therapy SEO pricing for private OT practices
Every plan on this page is a flat monthly price. Occupational therapy SEO work comes in three sizes, paid ads management comes in three sizes by platform count, and a practice may take one set, the other or both.
Read the cards the way you would read the treads on a staircase: each one adds a few steps to the one below it.

Where each dollar goes and where it does not
Two bills exist for a practice that advertises. Ours is the monthly plan price, which pays for the writing, the building, the listing edits and the counting. The other comes straight from the ad platform and pays for the clicks themselves. The practice owner sets the size of that second bill, and the card on the ad account is the owner's.
On the search plans, Gold and Platinum carry a website we build, host and keep edited. A practice that already has a site can use the switch on those cards to see the price with the website line taken out. Silver is made for that situation from the start. The website design page explains what the site work covers.
None of the plans describes a number of calls, forms or families. They describe work: pages written, listings edited, campaigns run, counts reported. The services page sets that work out in order, and the page on paid ads management covers how a budget is pointed at your service lines.
Where a practice has several service lines and towns, Silver spreads its pages across them; on Gold and Platinum the page count grows and the site grows with it. The Maps listing is edited alongside whichever plan the practice takes, and the page on local SEO for OT clinics describes that edit in full.
For owners who like to see the climb before they commit, the occupational therapy marketing page traces how pages, Maps work, ads and the site fit one plan, so you can tell which tread your practice would stand on first.
Nothing is signed, and nothing is charged before the first month begins. If a plan stops fitting, say so and we will talk through the next tread up or down.
Money questions, taken in turn
Is there a startup fee, and is there a contract?
Who pays the platform for the ad clicks?
We already have a website. Which plan fits?
Can the search plan and an ad plan run at once?
Do the plans promise a number of calls or forms?
Who decides the monthly ad budget?
Start on the bottom stair with a call
Book a call and we will plan the first few steps together: which service line gets its page first, which towns follow, and which plan carries the load.
The lace tied below is a drawing, not a promise of any result.
